600 sq.m. were leased by Bernard Investments to Alcatraz AI.

Slavtchev Consulting were brokers of the deal which was concluded at the beginning of this year. Alcatraz AI is an international physical security start up with headquarters in San Francisco USA. They are providing physical access control using facial recognition and artificial intelligence.
